Hello! I was so excited to receive my order. Sadly, some of the bottle weren’t tightened well and the liquid leaked out. And they definitely tasted a little different than the bottles I purchased from a local shop near me. Maybe it affected the flavour? Hopefully this feedback helps.

Unfortunately, the fermented glassy jars might leak during the shipping process (this is quite rare), and oxidizidation contribute to taste change. That's totally on us, and we try to make it up. Fermented deliciousness

Got a jar for Christmas from a friend in Ottawa…only took a week to polish it off. Perfect: not too spicy not too vinegary Was feeling a little sad that I wouldn’t be able to find it here in Peterborough…but then saw the website on the jar!!!! Just put in my first order. Torshi is going to make it so easy to have a little fermented deliciousness everyday.
